Terms of Service

By using Cullit, you agree to these terms.

Service Use

• You must have the rights to upload and process the images you submit.
• You are responsible for final creative and delivery decisions.
• You may not use the service for illegal or abusive activity.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy.
• Plans may be canceled anytime from your billing dashboard.
• No refunds after processing has been delivered for the billing cycle.

Availability and Limits

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Feature limits and fair-use controls may apply by plan tier.

Liability

Cullit is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid during the prior billing period.
